Beginning services can feel overwhelming. We make the process simple, supportive, and clear from the very first phase.

Pre-Intake Form

Fill out a brief intake form so we can learn about your child and confirm insurance benefits. If you prefer to pay out-of-pocket, simply indicate that on the form.

Initial Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive initial assessment that includes a caregiver interview, direct observation of your child, and a skills-based assessment. From there, we develop an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to your child.

A written report is completed within 10 business days of the initial assessment.

Authorization Process

Once the treatment plan is complete, we submit the required documentation to your insurance provider for authorization.
Our team handles this entire process for you and keeps you updated along the way.

Before services begin, we review any financial responsibility (such as co-pays or deductibles) so there are no surprises.

Insurance authorization typically takes 1–6 weeks, depending on your specific plan.

Services Begin

Your BCBA and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will implement programming and collaborate with your family to support growth, learning, and meaningful behavioral change — one phase at a time.

Once authorization is received, we work with your family to schedule services and determine a start date.

Services begin once a start date is confirmed.
